Last week we had the pleasure of catering Adventure Science Center’s brand new Planetarium show, Eclipse “The Sun Revealed”. It was a fabulous Red Carpet, Black Tie event with guests dressed to the nines. We customized their specialty cocktail called Winter Sun, which received rave reviews!
Guest enjoyed a selection of passed appetizers such as Ahi Tuna served on a cucumber cup topped with seaweed and wasabi aioli, Endive Blue Cheese Mousse, Beef Tenderloin Crostini served with a rosemary and caper vinaigrette.
Also on display was a beautiful selection of Artisan Cheese, Baked Brie, garnished with seasonal fruit and a Charcuterie display including Salami, Prosciutto, Italian Sausage, Olives and Roasted Nuts. The evening was a huge success with great food, wonderful entertainment and an amazing show!
