One of our corporate clients was bringing in their team from across the country to show off their new company headquarters. They chose a completely southern menu to tie in with their new home.
We started them off with some passed appetizers, Chicken & Biscuits and slow cooked Collard Greens served on Corn Cakes topped off with a touch of in house made Tomato Jam.
We also wowed them with a little action. Nothing says “southern” like pulled pork barbecue on freshly fried corn cakes topped with some good old fashioned cole slaw.
Unless of course it is cooked to order Shrimp & Grits!
It was a wonderful party and our clients christened their new digs with just the right southern charm.
