We recently catered a lunch for the Friends of the Brentwood Library. These volunteers put in hundreds of hours to make our library run efficiently.

This was my first visit to the new children’s library. It was just amazing. I was impressed with the beauty and overall layout of the facility. Our event was held in the Story Book Room.

The menu featured our Mixed Green Salad with Feta, Red Onions, Grape Tomatoes and Home-made Balsamic Dressing, Grilled Chicken Florentine, Rosemary Roasted Potatoes, Vegetable Medley and our Mixed Berry Trifle.
