Chicken is a favorite at Menu Maker. We have it listed on our menu 90
different ways. It is obvious that we can customize it to your taste! One of
our favorites is grilled chicken.
What makes our grilled chicken the best? We use boneless, skinless chicken
breast for the best flavor and quality. It is marinated with fresh garlic,
oil, and lot of spices. These things add flavor and help to keep it moist.
The key to great chicken is not over cooking it! There is nothing worse than
dry, rubbery chicken. Depending on the recipe and customer, we also might
add fruit juice, wine or soy sauce to our marinade.
Next, we grill the chicken over an open flame until it’s cooked to
perfection. The chicken is tender, juicy and ready to serve. If we are
serving chicken in a buffet, we often will add a homemade glaze or sauce.
Our favorites: peach lacquered chicken or chicken florentine. Our chicken
florentine is made with fresh cream, spinach and parmesan cheese.
