Time to look at the old calendar and plan this thing!

The biggest problem is that there are only 3 December Saturdays for a Holiday Party.

You will have to book early and you may still have to scramble to get a prime location and the best service providers for one of those 3 Saturdays.

If you wait until the last minute to book your holiday party this year you may find yourself out in the cold.

You know what that means? You will have to hold the party at the office, you are going to be stuck with self-catering from the big box store or the nearest BBQ joint (how festive) and listening to holiday carols from your iPod.

OR you can think outside the Christmas Present Box.

Why not hold your holiday party in November?

Corporate holiday parties are about thanking your staff

for a year well done

or thanking your clients for their continued support.

They are about thanksgiving.

Here are 5 reasons why you should hold your holiday party in November.

  • There are 5 perfect fall Saturdays this November. You can even use the one on Thanksgiving weekend. Trust me, by Saturday all your guest will be looking for a break from turkey!
  • With only 3 Saturday’s in December your guest’s social calendar will be jam packed. Why not give them a break. You can be the one to get the season started.
  • If you are giving bonuses, your staff will appreciate not having to wait until right before Christmas to get them. You could even give them gift cards and they would still have time to shop online.
  • You have other options for decor besides red and green and holiday balls.Think pumpkins, fall leaves and and a warm autumn twist on your corporate colors.
  • You won’t have to worry about the weather being snowy or icy.

Make your party planning life a little easier this year, have that holiday party in November and avoid the holiday crush.

If you are still locked into December,

you still don’t have to throw the same old evening cocktail party.

If your office is one that is family oriented and teaming with parents, why not make it a family affair and hold a brunch on Saturday or Sunday afternoon?

4 Reasons Why Holiday Brunch ROCKS!

    • Nothing makes the holiday’s more special than the sparkle in a child’s eye, so make it special by inviting them to the party.christmas cookies

    •  Your guests will have plenty of time to mix and mingle while the little ones are entertained decorating Christmas cookies or playing with Santa’s elves.

    •  Brunch is always a budget friendly alternative and just wait until you see the truly outrageous brunch menu ideas we have put together for the holidays. My oh my, I can already taste it!
